When you hear “ThinLine” you probably think of saddle pads, but ThinLine is using their remarkable technology to produce bridlework as well as many other performance products.
ThinLine is an open-cell foam which moves shock, weight, and heat laterally, across the pad. Beginning as a liquid, microscopic cells are poured into a mold then polarized so each cell lies end to end creating a tunnel. Another layer is poured on top and polarized in a new direction, this process is repeated hundreds of times creating a honey comb matrix allowing impact and heat to move laterally like rings of water when you throw a stone into a quite pond.
Frankly, we were skeptical of the claims that we heard regarding the Thinline material. We’ve seen an awful lot of miracle products come and go over the years, but we started hearing unsolicited testimony from riders, trainers and veterinarians who say that they have seen a noticeable difference in the horse’s performance when they have used the ThinLine material.
