Barn call:  Within 50 miles:  $250.  50 – 100 miles:  $350.  Barn call charge will be split evenly between all participants.

Fitting costs:  Between $50 and $125, depending on the amount of work done.

Template (tracing) and photos:  $35

Evaluation of saddle fit (if I do no work on the saddle):  $25 per saddle; $35 if I evaluate the saddle on more than one horse.

Complete re-flock (saddle goes back to the shop with me):  $275 base price; extra charges will apply if the saddle is in need of cleaning and conditioning or repair.

Repairs (saddle goes back to the shop with me):  If someone drops a saddle off for repair (and I don’t have to evaluate fit), no appointment is necessary and no travel charge will be due.  Be sure ALL CONTACT INFORMATION is left with (preferably attached to) the saddle:  owner’s name, address, phone #, e-mail and repair(s) needed.  Here’s a short list of repair prices:

Replace billets: $25 each.  Add $40 if I need to drop pommel to reach webbing, $70 if I need to drop pommel and cantle.

Drop panels to check tree:  $125.  (No charge if tree is broken and I don’t have to put panels back on).

Re-stitch panel points to sweat flap:  $25 per side.  Add $50 if I need to remove knee rolls / thigh blocks.

Replace quilting stitches:  $25 per side.  Add $35 if I need to drop panels at pommel; add $50 if I need to remove knee rolls / thigh blocks.

Re-stitch pommel/cantle:  $40

Re-stitch both:  $70

Re-stitch stirrup leathers:  $20 each

Re-stitch stirrup leather keeper:  $10

Replace stirrup leather keeper:  $20

Estimates for other repairs available on an individual basis.

TRAVEL

I CAN ACCOMMODATE A MAXIMUM OF EIGHT CLIENTS PER BARN VISIT, MAXIMUM OF 16 SADDLES TOTAL.

CLINICS:  $450, which includes travel.  Evaluations and saddle work at clinics priced as above.

TRAVEL/BARN CALL CHARGE:  Within 50 miles:  $250.  50 -100 miles:  $350
