The Largo Dressage has a deep, secure seat which
offers
immense support to the rider, and a wider pommel arch which is
particularly good for those very flat, table backed horses. It has
flocked,
gusseted panels and front point billets. The Largo is
stocked in 17.5", 18" and 19" seats with tree widths of 34,36
and 38 cm., and can be
special ordered in a 40 or 42 cm. A 20" seat is also available by request. We find these saddles do run a bit small due
to the semi-cutback pommel, so we definitely suggest going up a size.

The Fidelio is
Duett's newest dressage saddle. It has a deep and soft seat made from
their best quality leather. The saddle has Herm Sprenger stirrup bars,
gusseted flocked panels and an optional front point keeper. With heat
molded knee pads shaped over three sets of removable knee blocks - large,
medium or small - it's easy to accommodate the individual rider. Some of
our top dressage riders have been impressed with the Fidelio for its fit,
comfort and price. We are stocking the Fidelio in sizes 17, 17.5, 18 and
19 and in tree widths of 34, 36, 38 and 40 cm's. 42cm trees are available
by special order.

Rider Comments: I have
ridden in this saddle on my fairly round Morgan gelding and I was really
impressed. The Fidelio put me in a nice secure spot, and did not feel like
a ‘wide; saddle. I was comfortable, and so was my horse. I think Nancy
Temple has done an outstanding job in the design of all of her saddles,
but this one is my favorite dressage model. She has added a number of nice
‘extras’ including the changeable blocks with the leather patches to cover
any exposed Velcro, and also sliding rear billet that allows even girth
pressure.
Tango
The Tango was designed with
three types of riders in mind. First, it's for all of you call and say "I
mostly trail ride but I also want to school and show low level dressage,"
Secondly, it has been a wonderful saddle for those who ride GAITED horses,
and thirdly, for those who want the comfort of the Duett Companion Trail
models but prefer to ride with a longer leg.
We have had such success
fitting the Duett Companion Trail saddle to the very wide, flat backed
horse that we were delighted when they produced this 'hybrid' saddle. The
Tango has the same padded seat and same wide, weight bearing panels of the
Companion, but has a straighter flap and moveable blocks like a dressage
saddle. The flap is just a little bit wider and a little bit shorter than
on the other Duett dressage models, so can also be appealing to shorter
riders, or riders with a bit heavier leg. It will give you and your horse
the long-distance comfort of the Companion trail, but you wont feel at all
out of place in the dressage arena either!
Our model horse, as you can see
is a very solid draft cross. We were pleased to note that the panels do
not extend too far back- this is just a standard dressage pad in the
picture.
