If you
have questions about any of the saddles you’ve seen on the site or
would like to contact us for any reason, we encourage you to call
our shop at (800) 442-9672. Though most of our employees specialize
in different equine disciplines, they all have a broad knowledge of
the products we carry and would be happy to help you. Our store
hours are seven days a week 11-5 EST .

Edie Devens Tschorn is Trumbull Mountain Tack's
President and CEO. Edie's saddle fitting expertise comes from over 25
years of training and competition. Over the course of her career she has
bred and showed Morgans, and specialized in young horses and ‘problem’
horses. She also is an airplane fancier, and holds a commercial pilots
license and flight instructor ratings. Edie's husband, Dr. Reginald
Tschorn is an Equine specialist, and her work with him has brought
valuable insight to her fitting knowledge. You may email Edie at:

Nancy Okun
is our Endurance specialist.
Nancy is an experienced competitive rider, who we are proud to
announce, has just finished her first 100-mile ride! She has
two beloved Arabs who have ridden many miles with her. Nancy
is very knowledgeable about Endurance saddles, and she was
instrumental in the development of our ‘Equinox’ saddle. You

Sara Ineson
is our buyer and close contact saddle
specialist. She is a rider and trainer with a hunter jumper and eventing
focus, and is also an instructor for the local Pony Club group. Sara
brings extensive competition background to the tack shop team and will be
happy to offer advice and insights on the close contact and all-purpose
saddles we have in stock.

Kitt Hazelton
is our in house saddle fitter
and dressage specialist. She is an experienced dressage rider
and enjoys working with her Hanoverian mare, Lyric. Kitt will
be happy to help you with your Dressage and saddle fitting
questions, and can take care of your saddle re-flocking and
adjustment needs as well. Kitt is available by appointment for
on-sight saddle fitting consultations. She can be reached at:

Cally
Wheeler
runs Trumbull Mountain’s new eBay store, where our customers can find
great deals and buy on line. She is new to the Trumbull Mountain team and
is excited to learn more about the tack industry. She is a pleasure rider
and loves spending time on the beautiful trails here on the farm. Please

open seven days a week 11:00 - 5:00 Eastern standard time.
Shipping
We ship UPS Monday through
Friday. Our standard shipping is UPS Ground service unless you
request 0vernight, 2nd day or 3rd day service.

personal checks, money orders and of course cash.

Our saddle
trial policy is both simple and risk free. We invite you to try any
of our saddles, new or used for one week before you make your
decision to buy. At Trumbull Mt Tack our sole mission is to help you
find the perfect saddle for both you and your horse. Simply call us
at 800-442-9672 and tell us which of our saddles you would like to
try. We will ask you for your credit card and shipping information.
We will bill your card for the cost of the saddle and $25.00
shipping and handling. When you receive your saddle feel free to put
your fittings on it and ride in it for one week. If you decide a
saddle isn't quite right for you for any reason, just ship it back
to us and when we receive it we will credit your card for all but
the $25.00 shipping fee.
